It came up clean for me when I ran it through McAfee Site Advisor.

I'm getting the same kind of warning on my computer. Mine says:

Reported Attack Page!

This web page at ntn.donrdenton.com has been reported as an attack page and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

Attack pages try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system. Some attack pages intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners.

I'll send Don a note.

That very well could be because you have no security set on your browser. The vast majority of internet users out there would have no issue as well because they simply don't understand these things.

I'm not saying that is the case with you, but it's a valid rationale. Notice ANON's warning mentioned his browser settings.

Glad to hear you are secure, but is your computer protected?

On rare occasion I've visited a site known to be safe that gives me a similar warning.

Rocket Robin's Playback site is doing the same thing. What I did is use Opera to look at Robin's and no problems.

Its surely a firefox thing.

I was using IE when I went to Don's site, and since it was a Google warning I can't imagine it being a product of a specific browser.

Good news on this front. According to Don Denton:

"Yes, Google notified me early last Thursday morning. The site was cleaned of the offending material by me and the hosting company; that process was completed by Thursday night. In addition, passwords and ftp access by anyone other than me has been eliminated.

I notified Google that everything was fine but it can take them up to two weeks to remove their notice. Google's results are used by some virus programs (like Karpinsky) so it can take some time before the 'attack notice' is removed."

The attack notice was still coming up for me this morning, but it sounds like that will be going away soon.

I've never had a warning for Don's site, and I run Firefox both at home and at work
(The home computer's a little more rigorously set, since I do all my NSFW browsing there)

Good to see it's all sorted, though

Google notifications of sites being infected with malware are not related to which browser you use.

Looks like Don got it cleaned up.

I'm embarrassed to say that I got a Google warning while using Firefox to access zap2it.com a few weeks ago and tried chrome to see if it was affected by the Google warning as well.

If you knew the percentage of sites on the net that were infected or contained some form of crapware on them, you wouldn't feel so bad. Even incredibly large websites end up serving some nasty shiat every now and then.

I was referring to thinking that Google's own search engine would ignore their warning.

Earlier this week, Google was tagging ROCKET's site with the malware warning.

I then went to Bing, and it was not posting a warning. (I don't know if Bing tags sites with malware warnings or not since I hardly ever use it).

Google is not tagging ROCKET's site as of this moment.
