does buzztime do any special sports games on the sports channel on Super Bowl Sunday? i'm planning to go out and watch the game on sunday. ( i took monday off). i think i remember buzztime doing a couple 1/2 hour super bowl games years ago that appeared a few hours before gametime. thanks.

Well, they used to run Sports Trivia Challenge before the game.

They've had other 1/2 hour football trivia games in the past, now they're kind of similar to the special football trivia that runs on the sports channel.

Absolutely no clue if they're running anything special this weekend. It would be nice, since I'm gonna have to be at the bar to get a seat quite early.

I'm not sure about the sports channel, but last year they ran a BT 15 minute game marathon for about 5 hours.
With all of the people out there playing QB1, none of those BT games had more than 1000 people participating.

IIRC, back in the mid 90s, there was a Super Bowl Countdown game every day during the two weeks leading to Super Bowl Sunday, about an hour or so before the premium games. On Super Bowl Sunday, the Countdown games leading up to QB1 were specifically on the two participating teams. Wonder why those special games went away.
