My home site, NNY Mesa, finally got around to replacing the playmakers & supposedly upgrading the system last Friday. We used to have lag problems, display problems, dead zones, battery problems etc. It was frustrating sometimes not knowing whether you got full points or any points. In playing yesterday I experienced none of these problems. Who knows? I might even play more often. 8-)

Whether these are the newest version of the playmaker, I don't know. I'm sure someone here (BO) can tell, M/N RDT900.

My home site got new playmakers back in January. It is nice being able to play for 4 hours when they play maker says it is only 50% charged. Some of the old playmakers use to fail after 30 minutes when they were 99% charged.

The new PMs are like driving a Maserati after having driven a Yugo for years.
Our PMs were having a signal problem, for reasons unknown, and were registering answers late or locking them out completely. Aargh!! It was a reminder of every trip I've ever made to play trivia at a BWW.
We got our bartender on the phone with BT and within 10 minutes they were back up to snuff. So, if you see any drop in performance it is definitely correctable.
And isn't support from your home bar a wonderful thing? :mrgreen:
