Nah, it's Elsa's Cantina.
Agreed. Milano's is just where they are parking the medals now. Might as well just say that Cadillac Jack's in Kettering (R.I.P) is the #1 bar.
I'm not sure I would've picked Milano's, as Todd and crew are legit, because there is a bunch of cheating bastards that play Showdown and bring the rep of that place down.
Not too big a deal, but we split our time all over Dayton, usually TGIFs, Elsas, and Milanos. I think Milanos supports us pretty well on Sundays for lunch, so we moved our boards to there..
To answer Krazikatt question, any place with new, lighter boards works well, anyplace with older heavier boards are inconsistent. Describing them as "terrible" was probably inaccurate since a lot depends on whether the bars take the time to charge them properly everyday. I am fortunate to have over 12 bars easily within 20 minutes, but for night time games where we anticipate 8 players, I'm skeptical that all the boards will last for the whole game. For problems, the two Bargos (Centerville and University of Dayton) are at the top of the list, and the local BWW (Sugarcreek and Kettering) are a close second. Usually Elsas is okay, but last Saturday we had two boards die, you just never know....
I briefly suggested moving the golds to Bargos, Cincinnati, but that would have just hightlighted that we need more strip joints (or something) in southwest Ohio
