RIP Native New Yorker Gilbert & US 60

Well another long time NTN place goes the way of the Do Do. Just stopped into the NNY at gilbert and the 60 and they are doing away with NTN. They said not enough players and rising costs were the reason. The fact that they didnt have trivia in the main dining room and only at the bar might be a good reason for that. At least RTO's is right down the street.

I first heard rumblings of this over six months ago. Time to break in a new bartender I suppose.

I was able to play on my phone there yesterday but the playmakers were not functional. RTOs is a mile down the street and they have a great bar tender and wait staff. Stop in. If I'm here I will buy you a cold one.

Yep, I just dropped in to see Jenni. She tells me there is an outside chance BT will be back... don't hold your breath.

Jim, let me know when you come around next May & we will figure out where to meet up.

Joel, Jenni says you are more than welcome to drop in to say hello any time you are in town. She still talks about you & Jim as well. Go figure?

OBTW Joel, the Hampton Inn next door is now in the process to convert to a Best Western.
