I was planning on going to Demori's to play trivia tonight. I guess I won't. JOHNNY just texted me that Demori's no longer has trivia. The bank took over Demori's last month and there have been rumors about trivia no longer being offered there.

Oh No! What will I do when the wife drags me back there to see her family again? Where will I find good trivia players in crippled-walking distance from a hotel now?

Oh yeah sorry you lost your trivia home and NTN lost a legendary powerhouse but really it's all about me.

So seriously where next for you lot? BWW for minuscule greasy wings and teenyboppers or the Bungalow for $7 beer?

On the bright side you won't have to risk your life by slipping on the standing water on the floor in the men's room at Demori's.

It sounds like some of the Demori's players are going to Wild Bill's in Woodbury and others are going back to the Bungalow. The Bungalow is a lot closer for me. I've been drinking cheap lo-cal beer so it won't quite cost $7 for a beer at the Bungalow. I'll try to talk the owner of the Bungalow into building a motel next to the bar so you have a place to stay if you drop in at the Bungalow on your next visit. He's an accountant so I don't know if I will have much luck.

So sorry about this development. Demori's was one of my very favorite places to visit -- great people, good food. Please give my regards to your crew.

For now you don't have to worry about going to the Bungalow for a $7 beer.

The Bungalow has instituted a one board per player policy after a what seemed like a minor dispute. I haven't been back since the new policy started and almost all the better players have been avoiding playing there also. I was told they have three big signs announcing this policy.
