It was fixed when BT finally sent a new computer. BT tried all kinds of other fixes over several weeks before being threatened with dropping BT service or send a new computer, they sent a new computer overnight and all was good.
The management at mad jacks must insist on a new computer.
Thanks for the feedback LEWSER and BUD. I will bring up the suggestion of a new computer to the regulars at Mad Jack's. The manager seems to be a good guy who is willing to work with the trivia players. He has tried rebooting the computer. He has also shut the whole system down and restarted it. Neither of those efforts seemed to work.
