I am at the BWW in Ironton playing with one of the regulars who play Showdown each week. He has tried 3 different blue playmakers and they all log out after 5-10 minutes. I've not happen to me. I even took one of the boxes and have played a whole game and it hasn't logged out. Would it be possible for one name to keep getting logged out for some reason? What should be done to solve this? He's playing on his phone. But it isn't the best because it has a delay so even knowing the answer he doesn't get full value sometimes. |

Was he using the Mobile app before getting a blue box? If so, the mob app doesn't always disconnect properly. I had this happen in the early days of app. I had to power-off the phone to stop the logoffs. |

I agree, I have had the same prob with the phone app even recently. |
