Playmakers had great burgers and good service, but they dropped Buzztime. I remember playing there when a septuagenarian named Terry, one of the owners gave me a verbal history of Cleveland. It was a great place to play with a sweet patio, but I heard that some staffers were playing games with credit cards, e.g., double charging. I always paid cash there, so I never had that problem. I'll miss Playmakers. It was a great sports bar with a friendly staff and Buzztime. These days for me, it's no Buzztime, no visit. |

i can't say that i was a big fan of the new playmakers. i always looked forward to going to the old playmakers on friday nights. when they moved to the new location there was nothing but technical problems. while i hate to see any place give up the game, this one i will not miss so much. |
