There is only one BWW in the Chicago area that still has Buzztime, none in Las Vegas. How does Buzztime survive without a major player in the food industry? The independent places that I used to have as my regular places said it was too expensive to keep.

All the BWW are off the site finder except for those 60 or so that decided to extend the contract. That extension may only be through Jan.

Our Gaithersburg MD BWW manager as recent as last night was saying they were keeping BT on. They thought at least a few more weeks till the 30th. They had got the bags or boxes to send all the tablets back but weren't going to. But BT has pulled the plug and disconnected them from the network today. Our several numbers 1s last night was the swan song.

The 4 closest BWW to me are off the phone app too.

I'll have to talk to our manager again about extending through Jan as a bunch have done. She said she forwarded that info to her district manager.

Time to start a new thread on "Getting new Bars to sign up for BT in the BWW void"

That data seems to represent about 1/3 of their players. At least that seems to be the number represented by Showdown. I'm not sure about the others. That would probably be a higher percentage.

I would say stay positive.Get those that played at BWW to play at ones that still have it.I feel bad for communities where the only place one could play buzztime was at a now discontinued BWW.Quitters never win.Winners never quit.

What Chicago BWW still has the game? I checked Homewood, still on BT's list, but it is gone.

There was one at 1832 N. Clybourn is still listed.

My wife and I were going through the list of places we had as our "home" location over the years. We've gone through LeQue (now Q-Bar) in Darien, TGIFriday's in Darien, Michael Anthony's in Berwyn, Bennigan's in Woodridge, Mister Mo's in Palos, Buffalo Wild Wings in Willowbrook. Looks like the next on our list will be DJ's in Westmont.

I got a little different number than you BiGTUNA. I used the player number off the front "premium game" page for the other dates below. It shows 588 for Playback there, but 486 in the actual HOF as you have? I'll keep with the front page number to keep it similar.

Not that it matters at this point, but I'm surprised that most BWWs still seemed to have the game last Friday. I decided to pop into my local BWW last Friday in the off chance they didn't pull the game until the close of the business day... but any sign of buzztime was already long gone at that point as they had already removed all of the tablets, and boarded up the three walls where the tablets were located.

Thanks so much for gathering these data, BUD.

To be honest, I expected the drop to be worse, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it actually rebounded a bit this past week for some games. We'll see if the trend continues.

Thanks again!
