Fortunately, although the political differences among the team members have sometimes been a bit rancorous, the team has one overarching, unifying goal. We must humiliate the Borg collective that gathers at Spectator’s Sports on the other side of Albuquerque. The Ragged Rascals at the BWW on Gibson Blvd. have been steadfastly Wetware-Only for 15 years now, and we cannot abide seeing the festering puss-hole across town surpass our efforts.

This round also went well with lots of different people in line to submit their votes for correct answer. Late reporting precincts relied on the third clue to resolve the vote count on GD’s 3, 7, and 11. The team averaged a little over 10,000 points on this round.

The team considered this disappointing because of the flubs in the Lightning and Pyramid Rounds. The team’s ranking was TENTH Place. This was actually a good showing for this game given a score that was 4000 points below our score of last week, when we also placed Tenth. It was 9000 points lower that our Fifth-place score for 25 Oct 2016.
The Top Ten for this game featured a lot of familiar locations. The Fellowship is on a run of victories, again placing FIRST for this game with a score of 54,444 at the BWW in Kent, OH. Second goes to the Grand Slam team at BWW Arlington, VA at 52,536. Third goes to Randi’s Last Resort of Fort Worth, TX at 52,228.
