Showdown Recap for 27 Dec 2016 at BWW Gibson in ABQ

The Ragged Rascals were dismayed to receive only a repeat of the game played on 22 Nov 2016.

The first Rascals to arrive at the BWW on Gibson Blvd in Albu-turkey realized that the Buzztime system was not connecting to the National HQ. As this was the first day that any team member had logged onto the system since last Tuesday, we don't know how long the system was disconnected. After resetting the modem had no result, we asked the management to reboot the CPU for the Buzztime system. That got us connected back to HQ. Unfortunately, it must have happened too late to get the update for this week's game.

So, once again BLZBUB must plead for help. Does anyone have the transcript of this week's game, and would you be so kind as to share it with the multitudes eager to see a full recap?

Except one thing. On 2016 Nobel Category, myself and others saw the question that wanted us to identify a 2016 Physics winner. The only winner up there was Fraser Stoddart, who won in Chemistry. Did others see that?

That undoubtedly would have driven me nuts, as I had taken the time to prep myself for the Nobel Prizes questions.

I even made up mnemonics for the multiple men awarded the Chemistry and Physics prizes and the pair for Economics.

Chem: Studly, Savage Ferengies for Stoddart, Sauvage and Feringa
Physics: Souless, Poison Austerlitz for Thouless, Haldane and Kosterlitz
Econ: Heartless and Whorestrumpet for Hart and Holmstrom
