Does anyone know what place you have to finish to get the sodium medal they asked about in Matching Six tonight? Our scrappy little team managed fifth place in the East Coast feed. Do we get the sodium medal for that?

It turns out if you follow the curve of atomic numbers through gold, silver and copper (the chief component of bronze), fifth place is indeed sodium!
(Fourth is debatable between chlorine and argon)

Rembrandt finished first in the west on the rankings, but the HOF hasn't been updated yet to see how we compared with the east. Our reported score was 59,617. Second place had exactly 59,000

EDIT: HOF is up now. We finished seventh overall
Something screwy is going on, though. We most certainly had a sixth player at our table, but his score (which was a little better than mine) has vanished. Damn, I wish I could remember the handle he played under
