I hardly ever play Six on Wednesday night because choir practice doesn't end until 7:45PM which doesn't give me time to make it to Varsity Grill and Bar or Hooter's and LaNora, my wife, is an American Idol addict but last night the wife says she's starving and wants to go to Applebee's. Twist my arm. I just happen to set the DVR that morning to record American Idol for her and we'll make it to Applebee's Killearn just as Six is starting. I'll get a practice game in before Thursday Six and the Smartest Hooter's in America tournament at Hooter's in Tallahassee. In the final round a softball NFL Sports question, Dan Fouts quarterbacked which NFL team? Negative 6000 points for you if you don't know it's the San Diego Chargers. Where was this question last Thursday night instead of the Little Master Cricket fiasco? I lose 1000 points and my 4000 points bonus by not knowing the Arts Question "What Does the Lucky One refer to in the Nicolas Sparks Novel"? I'm clueless about 1) Puppy 2) Photograph 3) Kitten 4) Penny. The correct answer is 2). I never heard of a lucky photograph but I brought a picture of my wife today and pitched my lucky penny. 44K is about average not playing with the team but I could have been a contender.

I had 48,746, which was a letdown given that my score after the Marathon Round was around 36,500. Still, it's not bad for a solo game.
