New Scaratings

After being gone last week celebrating my 18th year with my lovely wife LaNora I reunite at Hooter's of Tallahassee, FL., with Matt (Zippy), Ken (Kendo), and Arthur as Himself. Jim (Raoul) returns after the passing of his Father.

Congratulations to BYOTCH and GAMBIT for their perfect games and Clancy's for their #1 bar ranking.

We were pretty much perfect until the Geography Final Question and Arthur says Balkans after I'm on Carpathians. Jim stays on the correct answer but a huge miss costs me 6K. We could've been contenders.

Mother Nature takes care of the loud noise during MNF and a heavy downpour knocks out Direct TV. We finish Smartest just in time for a loud clap of thunder to knock Buzztime off the air. Did I miss a tropical storm coming our way on the Weather Channel?

Not many separators in these Smartest Bars games. We always enjoy going from a 63k to a 57k because of one question. Nearly everyone had the same score most of the game last night, you miss one question and you are done-you might as well pack it in and go home, because you have zero shot after missing any question. I have found the SB games to be boring, we don't have to think much when answering, but a handful of questions over the coarse of 3 games. I may re-start my hiatus once this smartest bar stuff is done. The Season and The Pulse are shit games and I am very into sports.
