I played SIX tonight after needing food at StringZ and WingZ in Streetsboro, OH. I usually play at West Park Station in Cleveland, and I consider myself fortunate to be part of two great teams; the West Park team on Thursday nights for SIX and the incomparable Fellowship, which makes its home at StringZ on Tuesdays for Showdown and Brainbuster.

But, there's a Meetup group here that has StringZ as its Smartest Bar home that is very solid. They can make some noise in the finals.

Try a "pickup team" without the precision of The Fellowship or West Park Station that still rocked an average of over 50K in SIX in a difficult game. It was a pleasure to play with them, but I informed them my Smartest Bar home is West Park Station, because my first invitation to join a team came from them.

Nonetheless, the assemblage for Smartest Bar at StringZ ans WingZ is nothing to sleep on. Ignore them at your peril.

Yup. I've got them seeded 63rd in my upcoming bracket simulation, with their April average at 54155. Surprised to learn they are new faces. An intriguing potential 63 vs. 2 matchup.

OK, six different handles in play and no one with a CD average over 10.4k. Completely suck in all other games. Can't say they're overly scary.

Unless you count monkeys and Shakespeare.

Didn't do that type of player-by-player research, BO! Ok, maybe the intrigue ends at 63 vs. 66 then.
But hey any legitimate team should be welcomed onto the scene and it appears they are being described as such.

Bigdog, the brackets will go up here at first light on Saturday morning 7/27.

Currently 62nd of 76 participating teams. I'd bet against them to score 90k the final week to make some noise.
