At Stewart's we have occasional issues with national rankings at the end of Wednesday SIX. Frequently, the first page of rankings says that everyone playing came in first place in the country. We then sometimes see accurate rankings for the network, but sometimes see blank screens. I've not seen the problem with any other premium games or with Thursday SIX. I have been speaking with Buzztime about it, but before they try to blow any kind of smoke up my ass, has anyone else had a similar issue? Thanks, in advance, for any feedback!

Well, hell. That happens almost every Wednesday Six here in NTN Buzztime's Site-Poor Backyard. :(

This happened for several weeks at Hardtimes before they closed. The problem was with the timing of ads and breaks on the computer. BT adjusted the timing breaks for Hardtimes. (different bars get different ads, some national, some local) BT also probably reset the computer clock to be more in sync with Carlsbad and all was fine.

Before the fix we were done with SIX before other bars so we saw blank rankings, then got a quick real rankings screen, then our computer started the next game because we were ahead of schedule. By adding in longer or more ad breaks we got back on time, it was more than just adjusting the clock.

I have no idea why this only screwed up Wed Six, maybe ad screens specific to Wed?

Good luck Akbar.

I have not seen national rankings in a couple of years, save a few games in Smartest Bar.
