Okay, I've asked before, but we're having a big problem with this at Stewart's and I feel like BT is blowing smoke up my ass about it:

Is anyone else having trouble with the (inter)national ranking at the end of Wednesday SIX? At Stewart's for the last several weeks, it says that everyone at the bar is #1, except for the last player or two, then the (inter)national bar ranks and player ranks are all blank. I am curious whether others have seen this lately, as we were forced to play at a local BWW a few weeks age and saw the same thing. Any info would be helpful as I try to prise a solution from the Buzzmonkeys. Thanks, in advance!

I noticed it last night for the first time but not just with Six. For Sci-Files, the rankings never came up and for CD, the first time through, the bar scores were blank. It sounds like it isn't an isolated issue.

Same thing for me and trust me I was nowhere near #1

When this happens at just one bar it is usually the timing of the ads, or a lack of enough ads that causes the ranking screens to come up too early for that bar while the rest of the feed is still submitting scores. This can be adjusted by BT for the individual bar by adjusting/inserting ads so they are "back on schedule". It could also be the computer clock is too far ahead of the rest of the feed.

However, when it's many or all bars it's a problem in Carlsbad with gathering and sending the scores back out at the correct time. This was the problem with Thur SIX several months ago. It was fixed but we'll see tonight if it's broken again.

Good luck with BT customer service.

This has happened with us before. It's an annoyance, to be sure, but I had still been hoping it was the same problem this time. Looks not to be the case.

And this sounds like what's happening now. Unfortunately, BT is trying to tell me that they're seeing "breaks in our internet connectivity" that they think might be responsible. Oddly, these "breaks" are not affecting us in any way at the restaurant that we can detect, and the only game they seem to be affecting for BT is SIX. Therefore, it smells like bullshit to me. It's truly frustrating, as Wednesday SIX is the game that brings together a team, and we're pretty competitive in the network.

Thanks for the input, BUD. Please say hi to your gang for me!

At BWW Lakewood, CA we had the same problem. Only a blank screen was displayed.

We had no scores last night, and another local team had the same.

Its BT that has the problem. I remember sometime back when this happened and BT said it was a bad server or something like that.

No rankings in Gaithersburg only for SIX, all other games were good.

Thanks for the input, all. Any chance anyone else cares about this enough to let the Buzzmonkeys know so I don't seem like a lone voice in the darkness?

If the Pulse leaderboards fall in a forest, do they make a sound?

I just reported my site's issues. I also just tried to go play Lunchtime at 2 different places and was told they were both down so I reported that as well. We'll see if anything helps.

For a company that is dependent on money from locations for its survival, BT has an amazingly cavalier attitude about customer support.

Looks like they've figured out there is a problem AND fixed it!

Somebody hold me...I'm a bit frightened.

Often, counting on NTN to right the ship is like shaking hands with a leper.
You usually just end up getting the finger.
