It seems to be a national problem so I will have to talk with Idjit to see if we do the 4th or the 11th. Might as well start weighing in on which Thur is better.

B-52 is out of the money, but for what its worth, wasn't open last year on Independence Day. (The ownership group is both Christian and military.) I vote for the 11th, if only because I'll probably have no choice but to abstain on the 4th.

It has been decided, the final game will be played on July 11th. There are too many reasons why the 4th doesn’t work. Go watch the fireworks somewhere.

Was there a crusade last July I missed? Otherwise, I'm not seeing the conflict.

Yes Gone, those early to mid July vacations will get in the way. I am the indeed one of those who will be heading to the beach soon, so I will complain to myself.

I will be in Ocean City MD at Coins Pub or Harpoon Hannas for a few weeks. So neither the 4th or 11th would work, luckily there will be a few BWW Gburg players around on the 11th. If they weren't going to be around Gburg, I was going to propose that both the BWW Gburg and BWW Salisbury scores would come from Coins Pub OC on the 11th. :mrgreen:

Now, it may only be the BWW Salisbury location that moves or not???

Walsh's had Six. We had 64000 and change.

Alas we did not, but I spent that time in phone contact with Idjit at West Park and the consensus was to tease with this, but that would have tempted karma. The best part of the evening was probably the look on his face, when after a legitimate commitment that would make him late, Cvavra burst in on question three at 7:34 after no doubt a Cannonball Run approach, to find us casually playing Countdown.

Idjit I agreed unofficially that July 11 would be the best time to resume hostilities and I am glad commissioners have confirmed this.

Indeed Six was the only new game last night. Three of us were hanging out at Walsh's and played. July 4 was the last week of the tournament, right? 8-)

A stellar performance by IDJT & CO. The 7.11 Six was ridiculously difficult. I landed at 51K. How West Park pulled out a 60K beggars the imagination.

West Park put paid to MERKIN & Co., playing at Teasers and Walsh's. This week MERKIN's group collected a #2 Brainbuster, #2 Showdown, #1 Glory Days, #1 Six, #1 History Quiz, #1 Lexitopia, and finally a #2 Thursday Six, in consecutive premium quizzes. Read that list again. That's not natural, but can be confirmed.

Players attending Triviapalooza can repose in confidence that they're under mob protection. MERKIN knows...certain people.

Congrats to West Park, the Mudee Challenge trophy is going back to Cleveland.

Thank you everyone for the effort to play after the 2 weeks down. We only had 2 bars not play last night and those were the only 2 missed scores of the entire tourney.

Nice work Gone D and the MN team on keeping just ahead of Gaithersburg for 4th place.
Walsh’s and Mad River were a good bit ahead for 2nd and 3rd.

I or IDJT will post the final scores at some point.

I’m still in Ocean City MD and will be out playing BT at various places today and tonight. I will be dominating the bar rankings boards from Mad Fish, Pizza Tugos and Coins later. :mrgreen:

On behalf of the Walsh's team and especially speaking for myself, let me add my hearty congratulations to Idjit, Tuebor, Trvgrl and the whole gang at West Park in Cleveland for a well deserved win in this year's Mudee. Well done!
