I missed this one also, REACH, and I'm hard pressed to come up with a plausible excuse for us. There's only been one time in French history when 'Citizen' was a formal mode of address: during the French Revolution, most of which was encompassed by Washington's first term in office.

I wish I'd had the wit to take this option. To describe Casey Neistat as a 'star' (as the question stated), unless construed metaphorically, indicates that he is in some sort of entertainment. But this is how one turns a BWW-Kent caliber of result into a 12.9 pumpkin.

We ended up flailing on this one, too. Fortunately, several of us (not me) flailed to the right answer.
