countdown repeats

when i last played this past sunday,the countdown games were still in the repeat mode. just wondering if anyone has played since and are the games/questions still being repeated. thanks.

They seemed to be fine last night. At least they were new to me.

I spoke several times with Customer Service over the weekend and again yesterday. What I understand:
1) NTN thought the games they were sending out were fresh
2) They didn't realize it was a problem until the people that could fix it were gone for the weekend
3) They know what went wrong, but can't guarantee it won't happen again

My opinion on it:
1) The folks at Customer Service are always great, even when I don't like the answers.
2) NTN doesn't seem to care enough to send a tech person in on a weekend, even to fix so egregious a problem.

Sometimes I feel like I care more about their games than they do.

Most of us would agree with that statement, except we'd take out the "Sometimes".
