Congratulations to Stupid and Henry Hudson's Grill One for their #1 individual and bar ranking. Ken (Kendo), Rhonda (RMAC), Richard (TPG), Craig (Merkin), Matt (Zippy), and Arthur as Himself and I meet at Applebee's on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, FL., for a special Tuesday night celebration, our $250 party for winning the Glory Daze Tournament. I reminisce by remembering "You Beat Me To the Punch" was a minor hit by Mary Wells and Rufus Thomas invited us to do the "Funky Chicken". We are grateful to Applebee's management for the party and tell them how we've worked hard to give them exposure then are told new management is taking over in two weeks and eliminating Buzztime. We don't get no respect. Do we go back to Applebee's Capital Circle or brave the smoke at Poor Paul's for our Tuesday nights from now on? (Hooter's has Hosted Trivia at 8:00 on Tuesday nights) We'll figure it out after the New Year. |

I didn't know about the Glory Daze tournament. We have a player at Demori's who doesn't usually stick around for Glory Daze, but is very good at it when he does stay. We might have been able to get him to stick around a little later if there was a tournament. |
