We at Varsity Grill in Tallahassee, FL missed the first question then ran the table for a #4 bar rank in the East Feed. I watched the Rifleman as a 5 year old when it first came on TV, know Chuck Connors played Lucas McCain, etc. but had no idea where the show was set. California was the only obviously wrong choice and after Texas and Arizona disappeared we finally picked the right answer New Mexico.

I was older than you when I watched it, so I remember that it was New Mexico. The Kid that played the son, served at Fort Bliss, Texas when I was there in 1968. He got interviewed several time on El Paso TV shows. I do not remember his name.

At Primetime, we split on the first question but had enough boards on the correct answer to take the #2 rank. Very challenging question for us.

Being even older than Frank, I knew it was New Mexico.
