New Scaratings

For some reason, the BT site has this month's list split between Thursdsy and Friday games. The list below is simple chronological order though:

April 4 - Clothing Brands
April 5 - Music of the 90s
April 11 - Family Pets
April 12 - Tom Cruise
April 18 - Arizona
April 19 - Food TV
April 25 - Trees
April 26 - Go Outdoors

Definitely no plans for playing Topix tonight. Will play 4/18 though.

Well the first half of the month is a wasteland for the Thursday game to say the least. Clothing brands? It'll be damned hairstyles or spec frames next... Don't know a great deal about AZ or trees either really, but worth a shot in comparison. They are at least topics that could be of some interest to reasonable people. I am very fond of pets, but the idea of reading a book about dogs should appeal to either vets or toddlers only (probably different books - I would hope). And clothing brands? Well sure the department store merchandisers are set, but who else gives a fuck? I mean sure the shallow teenyboppers may care what brand they wear, but do even they give a crap about brand trivia?

Well, I figure Arizona and maybe Trees, but that's it. Of course, what may be a garbage Topix to some may be gold to others. This is from someone who turned his nose up at college bowl games in prior months and was gung-ho for a Topix on Iceland.

Interestingly enough, instead of Go Outdoors, tonight we got a game on Random Pop Culture Shit. Even more interestingly, the Fun and Games Trendalicious was the same thing, with hardly any fun or games to be seen.

Stayed for this game...left pissed off.

Should have actually gone outdoors. It was a nice evening.
