Well, hell. That was one of the most brutal Friday Topix games in way more than a lil while. :cry:

FWIW, this lil old grumpy bastard managed to make a couple or so lil contributions at JTs Grill - 5 (though it took a lil while to figure out that "Lucky Star" was an early Madonna hit, and that her eponymous album was the earliest of the choices), 9 (just ahead of a couple of others), and 10 (mostly because "Wand'rin' Star" was one of the featured numbers in a University Of California Marching Band halftime show Image).

Wasn't much better on the East. Only two locations broke 10k. IIRC, 20th place on the individuals was 10300.

We knew seven in the first two rounds and were in good shape, but we did poorly in the final round. Only one we knew was Sharon Stone.

Still, an interesting game. About as difficult as the swimming movies game thrown our way a month ago.
