Now that was a fun Topix game (that actually had nothing to do with Halloween...I guess buzztime left that all for Spotlight). A Jeopardy-like "answer" game was a nice change of pace. Although - and I guess this is more for the People Nearby Blurting Answers thread - the guy sitting next to me was quite confident he had q1 correct for Blue Overalls, Goggles, Yellow... and he was stunned that the answer was Minions. He then proceeded to blurt out his answer on every question the rest of the round (only getting one right). At that point, he was starting to irritate me, so I even went to the bin, got a board, logged in, picked a name and was all ready to give the board to him. But, alas, he settled his tab & left the bar after q7. |
