I didn't get to play either of these Topix games last week. That's a shame because I like Christmas cookies and Polar Bears.
I hope they were the right games and not a repeat?

Time Out West gets a Topix win over Boomerz, West Park, Primetime and Blue Rock Cafe which was the Mad River outfit.

Arctic Animals - Dec 18th
Walsh's assumed their usual Friday position over Primetime, El Barril, The Other Place and Best Western Gillette WY. Love to see under represented Wyoming near the top of the rankings.

2 mini Passport games this week: Spring Break Cities and San Diego!! I see a Carlsbad and LILJOL Q in the mix.
Too bad I won't be able to get the old JJ Muldoons/Hardtimes Passport team back together.

Hey BUD, the "Sunny San Diego" game must have been an easy one.
I knew/guessed 13 out of the 15 answers. And was playing by my lonesome.
Got an 8th place finish. Out of a whopping 175 players.

It was a pretty easy game, though I did screw up one of the zoo animal questions. I was a little disappointed in so many zoo questions.

I was 200 pts behind you in 15th. But Stained Glass Pub did take 4th place with me playing my 2 and my wife’s 2 boxes. If I could have had a fifth box and a little help from my wife on the zoo questions we would have won. We’ve been to that damn zoo. The Spring Break game Thur also had a SD zoo question. Nice place but not that big a deal. But did like both mini Passport games. Hope BT keeps them coming. 2 thumbs up! Better than any Topix game about Pop divas would have been.

We managed the Teasers/Walsh's two step last week with 'wartime baseball' participation.

For Thursday at Teasers, we need to disown (as usual) cheater Richek's scores in Sports, TV and Idiot Quotes.

Spring Break Cities - Dec 24th - Teasers won this party town game because we know those old guys were all about Spring Break back in the 70s. They beat Re Rackem in FL, Stained Glass Pub, Scotty Quixx and Caffe Cottage.

Sunny San Diego - Dec 25th - Walsh's again.....followed by Primetime, No Frills, Stained Glass Pub and Metz Liquors. As I said above too many zoo questions and nothing about LILJOL.

Enjoyed these Mini Passport games, hope there will be more coming up soon.
As for Richek, I try not to look at the Player scores anymore just the bar scores.

New Years Celebration - Dec 31st - Time Out West was the winner of the New Year's Eve game. Somewhat unremarkable game. 2nd was Teasers followed by Primetime, Boomerz and Wooden Nickel.

What's Your Poison? - Jan 1st - Don't know what this game was about, didn't play. Time Out West got the double for the week by knowing their Poison. 2nd was Primetime then Walsh's, No Frills and Mickie's.

That closes out the Month and a new thread will appear soon for our next month of TOPIX!
