January 6 - Winter Weather
January 7 - Animated Movies
January 13 - Chicago
January 14 - Home & Garden TV
January 20 - Trains
January 21 - R&B Artists
January 27 - Battles
January 28 - Small Town Politics

I am excited. I am a lifelong born and raised Chicagoan, who worked ten years for the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific RR and who loves animated movies and military history. It could be a good Topix month for me.

Of this list, I look forward to Chicago, although I think it should have shared the Topix with Winter Weather, another Topix that I am curious about.

Hells bells. I stopped in Baker on my way back from my most recent Vegas trip and am now hopelessly addicted to Alien Fresh Jerky. :roll:

And, it would not surprise me if the Chicago Topix game had at least one question on the musical group. :lol:

It was an unexpected and welcome surprise when the lil team at Gilly's Bar on El Cajon Blvd. in NTN Buzztime's (Just Plain Old) Site-Poor Backyard somehow outscored everyone else (including what looked like a not so skeleton crew at Mr. B's) in the Animated Movies Topix, 1/7/2011. IIRC that may have been the first #1 in any destination/premium game for Gilly's. Image

No, no skeleton crew this time. Maybe it has something to do in relation to what one does with his or her spare time. :mrgreen:

Small Town Politics was decent last night. We were thinking it would be more politics but that was the trap NTN laid for us. Stumbled on a couple of the movie questions but it was enjoyable. We ended up 21.

The game I really liked was the Tailgating Trendalicious. Only question I missed was which web search engine hosted the National tailgating Championship. We stupidly went with Google for way too long. Then I saw Bing and knew we were wrong. I nailed the rest of the questions.
