Right now the HOF is incomplete because Catbirds didn't report in. We had the same problem two weeks ago and finally about five days late, our score showed up. From my recollection of our score last night, we were probably second.
I'm particularly upset because after the complete meltdown last week that left us with unresponsive boxes and forced us to miss part of the game while relocating to Mezzanine, the owner did contact NTN, only to be told that "no boxes were working" in our region and the problem was network-wide. (So how was everything fine at Mezzanine, which is maybe 2 miles away, not to mention all the other locations in Houston such as SRO-OT and The Concert Pub that had no problems?). Somehow the nonresponsive box problem got fixed, but we were in the exact same place as two weeks ago in that we got no rankings, and apparently the Catbirds data didn't get uploaded because not only are we not showing as having played in any game, but again my Player's Card didn't update.
I emailed the owner this morning and requested she demand the NTN rep come to Catbirds and fix the problem instead of ascribing it to some nonexistent network difficulty. NTN should understand that things like this cost their locations because we had no incentive to stay and play after Six knowing we'd never find out how we did, so we made it an early night.
