I don't play alot on Wednesdays, unless there's some bt promotion or something.

But when I do show up early TUEBOR & I usually try to predict where TGIF Louisville will rank in Sci-files. My guessing method is pretty much based on the premise that their final ranking is inversely proportional to the difficulty of the game, minus (n - 1) where n is the # of questions specifically on books, where there is at least one literature question.

It really doesn't work very well.

At least we know you all will always be up there.

fwiw, TUEBOR is better at this game than I am.

I can play two and often three boxes for the full pull, but boxes 4 and 5 always bleed points--and the point differential between Nos. 10 and 11 on the site rankings was 14 points. And Jim had both seen "Superman IV" and knew Captain America's back story, the two that all of the boxes lost losts of points on. Sigh.

I tried playing 5 boxes on SciFiles solo once at the old Kingpin site in Louisville. Hilariously bad. I think I had a 6.7K bar score.

11th place by yourself is pretty impressive. We'll look for a more normal score from you guys next week.
