that godawful, horrible wardrobe malfunction during the SB halftime show occurred, resulting in adverse impacts far beyond the mere $550K handed down to that network.  Since then, QB1 ceased to be the enjoyable game it was. IMO there are many other players out there blissfully unaware that NTN came to be because of QB1.

Lil' buddy, I think that was actually February 1st. But like many important world happenings, I remember exactly where I was when that occurred. And Janet looked pretty fine! Kind of funny how most trivia people treated QB1, that stupid football game is ruining my trivia! And what they failed to realize is that if it weren't for QB1 they wouldn't have been able to play trivia. QB1 paid all the bills for many many years. Even now there's a few on this site that badmouth the game. More than once where I was somebody complained about QB1 being on and I simply offered them a deal. I'll switch it to trivia so long as you play me for $100/game. For some strange reason QB1 was never terminated. |

And if it wasn't for Hitler we wouldn't have the autobahn and Volkswagens. Strange how player counts make some arguments but not others.... Can I get that deal now? |
