Wow what a boring headline.I am sure that has been heard before.Having played trivia for many years there was a person years ago who when buzztime altered the schedule said to me-"what are you going to do quit trivia " in a rhetorical way.Play it where it lies.Yes it is not perfect by any means.His point was be mature and make the best of it.We all get a different sense of what this trivia means to us.So use it in a productive way.Yes continue to try and make it better.Also be realistic when analysing your results.Look in the mirror.Its ok to be a role player but do not delude yourself of your grandeur.In fact there are many people off the street that do not play that could exceed many of the top players.Lastly it is what it is.Is the rest of your life in order.Yes it's great to excel at trivia but other things in life are so much more important.Are you responsible.How are your relationships.Do you have a healthy lifestyle,etc.It is what it is. |
