Game Issue

Did anyone have their board shut down on them during Playback on Saturday, June 10? We were at BWW in Willowbrook, IL and the boards froze. When we restarted them, the icon for Playback was gone and the the other general trivia games were very wonky. Don't know if it was just an issue with our location or at BWW in other locations.

I heard of no issues during Playback this week. What you are describing sounds like what happened fairly often a few months back at numerous locations on different nights. There are some threads on here about Lock Ups. We never got any answers. The fix usually is to reboot the BT computer.

In the past at our bww we had the lock up hit and get the reboot in and system back up in 3 or 4 questions. Still finishing top 10 in Playback.

Got to be ready to move quick if it locks up, can't just sit there twiddling thumbs.

Everything will be fine when you go back but it will happen again at some point. We haven't had a lock up in over 2 months.
