BT not working... what should I do?

Post subject:  BT not working... what should I do?

I have had issues where I get a tablet at my regular BWW. There is no icon for BT trivia on it and I can't log in. I assume this means it is not connected to BT. Do I need to reset the tablet? Is there something wrong with the site itself? Help! Thanks.

Yes there is probably something wrong with the computer or the internet at that BWW.

Update: I had someone reset the computer and it works!! :)

Something happened there on April 19th it looks like. Maybe the power went out or surged. The main computer hasn't reported since then and needs to be reset to get new games in.

2 things to ask a manager to do next time you're in there. First, reboot (turn off then turn back on) the buzztime computer, it's usually on top of or in the TV programming cabinet.
Second, ask the manager about their internet working properly. That may need to be rebooted as well to get it to connect with the buzztime computer.

If the internet is good and a BT computer reboot doesn't get the trivia icon back on the tablets within 5 minutes ask the manager to call buzztime customer service at 1 800 745 4686. They can get it fixed from their end in a few minutes.

Oh cool, that was quick and easy. A reboot will fix things 99% of time.
