It seems the new cash Summer Games starting in June and going through July will put a bunch of games from other days before and after Spotlight and Playback for those 2 months.

FRIDAYS/SATURDAYS: (Pacific time)

Lexitopia Trivia: 4:00 PM - 4:15 PM
Immortal Words Trivia: 4:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Sports Trivia: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Topix Trivia: 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Prime Game 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM. (No prize money)

History Trivia: 6:30 PM - 6:45 PM
Tuned In Trivia: 6:45 PM - 7:00 PM
Movie Night Trivia: 7:00 PM - 7:15 PM
Pop Culture Trivia: 7:15 PM - 7:30 PM
SciFiles Trivia: 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Similar schedule for Sun/Mon. with no break for the prime games because there aren't any.

Prizes for each game are $25, 10, 5, 5, 5.

You should've seen what happened last night. The fine print rules say in case of a tie, the prize money will be split evenly... and it also says in no case will the prize be less than 1 dollar (woohoo!).

In one of the games, there were 10 players on the individual rankings leaderboard with perfect scores, and on the location rankings, there were 3 locations that had a perfect score site average.

You gotta figure everyone who had a perfect game is gonna get less than 10 bucks for that one.

Let the good times roll :P

After tonight's last game of Badge Hunter it should be back in August. Same with Trendalicious. But at least we gain a Topix on Sat.

Great! I’m STILL trying to get the Salam badge. Playing Badge Hunter tonight! I have much more time in August to play.

There should be a minimum of 100 dollars to top person with a minimum of 25 dollars regardless of how many play. That would at least cover some if not all one's food and beverage tab.
That being said-Is the joy in the money or the joy of hoisting the Stanley Cup.The refrain often is the money will be gone, but the victory of winning Lord Stanley will always remain.Take pride in a job well done.I usually laugh at those usually not playing when they ask me what do you win by playing trivia.

The money comment was a joke. Only true insofar as the money is not enough to revise one's schedule on a night when I would not have played anyway.

Bugg, you are quite correct that the joy is lifting the figurative (and sometimes real) trophy. For Walsh's on Monday night, the true goal is to beat you. If we do that, we know we have earned it, as you are the standard bearer for sports trivia excellence.

On Fridays and Saturdays, Mad River is a complete zoo where it would be even more difficult to play than on weeknights and nobody but us would be over 30. When we were considering moving there from B4, I went to scope the place out, sat at the bar where one TV was turned to the game. I had to pay for drinks as they were served, and the bartender left me change for a twenty. I got up to go to the bathroom, returning to find the money gone, my NTN box gone, and a comely young lass sitting on my bar stool with a hunk standing next to her. I think we'll skip the money games for the next two months.

Schedule seems to imply no Pulse Sports Trivia on Monday nights unless it will be at 9:00 CDT. Also, fro those with the old bards, no Ask It Already and Speed Freaks on Saturdays.

And this comes into play right away on Day 1, thanks to someone at buzztime accidentally putting the Tuned In questions into the History game, then the exact set of questions appeared in the actual Tuned In game, causing more than 45 perfect scores. Since total prize money for the game is set at $45, everyone perfect gets the $1 prize

For tonight, did anyone play Topix as Topix? Beef O'Brady's Prattville played a Countdown that appeared to be national, and was not 1960's themed. There was also a scoreboard anomaly.

Total prize money is $50 per game: $25+$10+$5+$5+$5. But there may have been more than 45 as some sites can report late.

A friend of mine and I were laughing too hard and screwed up perfection, but BENW from our team kept his composure and earned a share. I'd have thought hundreds of players should have pulled a perfect off.

Yep, for some reason I was thinking it's 10 cash games (so $45 each game), but you're right, it's 9 cash games @ $50 each game.

If memory serves correct, there were 7 perfect site locations, to go along with the perfect individual board. So that's at least 35 + 20 - 7 = 48 perfects there. But like you said I'm sure there were even more than that, so it's easily more than 50.

Has anyone received money from Buzztime for any of these contests? Some of the people at our location have won as far back as February, but haven't received anything yet.

Yes, six people from BWW Gaithersburg did get emails from buzztime with instructions. This was for the March and earlier games. Haven’t seen anything for April yet.

Make sure you have a good email on file. If you are looking for Feb winnings you should call BT customer service and see what email they used and why it didn’t match what you have on file on the BT website.

We stopped playing on Wednesdays after BW3-Hedwig Village pulled the Challenge Entertainment live game that we used to play after Sci-Files, but maybe we'll make the effort to go out on Saturday night for it if the Playback topic seems interesting, so that's a nice development for us as well.
