Given Buzztime's financial situation and how COVID directly impacted their already-faltering business, they
would seem to be a candidate for this loan you don't have to pay back program. The $6400000 (inflation) Question
is: did they get a loan? Were they eligible for one? Will we be informed about this, or will the game just vanish one day,
leaving us to assume that they didn't? Somehow it doesn't strike me as a question to ask on the Facebook site.

Well, that is a question I think we are all wondering. It seems to me the BT management has a fiduciary responsibility to pursue the offerings out there that they qualify for.

Would obviously be material and should be disclosed on the next quarterly financials .

Unfortunately, with COVID, I'm not at all sure Buzztime is going to
make it to the end of this quarter without outside assistance.

Understood, but they will still file a quarterly and we can discuss it post mortem.
