New Scaratings

The Buzztime website is not returning any info. I can get into the website but can’t see bars, scores or upcoming games etc.

Also no rankings in the bars. Blue boxes and app work if app was still logged in previously.

The app is working if you are still logged into a bar. If you start the app or go to another bar there is no list of bars generated on the app because the BT website is not working. Blue screen says server error. Not good.

Started on Wed and still happening Thur.

We were able to access the website Wednesday night and see rankings after play.

As of 5pm EDT tonight, unable to access Buzztime website at all. Cannot access locations even with box still logged in. Getting blue screen server error.

Will report status around 8pm.

I'm getting a Countdown game on our team's current site. Maybe this could have been predicted when they raised the prices for carrying the game, but I didn't think it would happen so soon.

Didn't get network rankings, individual or team. Only local rankings and I was the only player.

I’m able to play on the app now because I left it on from yesterday. But not on another device also left on that restarted the app thus losing the good connection. Blue boxes working fine. No rankings. Buzztime is aware and working on the problem with no rankings, no website and app trouble all having to do with their servers.

Probably getting repeat games off the bar hard drive but they were new to me.

The app is working correctly.
The rankings are to be seen after this game, on q13 now.

Utah was the last answer to the 630 eastern CD game. Rankings are ok it seems, they were showing at least. Not sure if complete. Last bar had a 7k which is very low. So might still be incomplete. But it’s working.

We ran into this problem on Sunday, 8/6, during Lunchtime Trivia. No bar scores, no top 20 players.

This is probably a silly question, but do all the players affected on these dates,ever get credited for their Players Plus points?

Didn’t see any rankings outage or other trouble on Sun. That may have been just at your bar. That happens frequently when a bar loses their internet for awhile.

The scores of games during an internet outage are kept for 3 days on the local BT bar hard drive. When the internet is restored the scores will all report back to Carlsbad if within 3 days. Probably all reported by now.

The big deal is when all bars are playing blind seeing no rankings due to server trouble in Carlsbad. Rare these days.
