Did you upgrade to the BGN-Black? |

They played Showdown earlier this week and Spotlight and you were seeing them so it’s seems like a Yes. I know Merkin said he was going to ask about that and for Teasers too. |

SGP (sitehub) did not see Walsh’s the last few days when we used to all the time, figuring they now had the BGN. Last night we went up to Oliver’s a tablet bar because we knew SGP would not get Playback. (Heard from a player who stayed it was still all CD with rankings) At Oliver’s we did not see Walsh’s but seeing the HOF today they in fact won Playback and we dropped to 3rd. They have to be BGN or are somehow else completely invisible to sitehub and tablet bars. The fact they showed with all BGNs in the HOF for Spotlight is the give away. Lorin can confirm in a week or so. |

I can give a short answer since I was there Friday and Saturday. Yes: We ordered the box. It should be on-site early this week. That said, what we see on the app (interface and presentation) is different than what the TVs are showing. I believe the app was updated so it can play the "current" version. We noticed this on Thursday and I did a field test on Friday to see if Spotlight showed, which it did. It was really just Ro and I and I got booted halfway through because I logged out and it wouldn't let me back in. Weird. But yeah, what we play on our mobile devices is the current version, but the physical iteration with the box and the TVs is still a step behind. |

Second, 1.0.20.57 is required to play Showdown/Spotlight on the app, otherwise you get an "unsupported" error. What is intriguing here is that a location doesn't necessarily need to be upgraded from a SiteHub to play Showdown/Spotlight: sometimes it works, sometimes you just get Countdown. There is now a newer version of the app, as I mentioned in a new post. |
