Well, thanks for the SB XLIV Sunday brew, ICEMAN.

<--feeling way more than a lil happy that my California Golden Bears' men's basketball team is once again alone (for the moment, anyway) at the top of The Pac-10 standings

, and that the eternally damnable junior university is at the bottom...

Thanks for the coffee. Much needed after tying one on after Al's wake. MaryC scored a playmaker shell for me and it is with Big Al in his casket. Now Dan has a buddy to play with.

<--more than a lil happy this morning, after my California Golden Bears hucked the damnable seattle fuskies, and THE ICEMAN's Arizona State Sun Devils kicked the Oregon State Beavers into the Pac-10 cellar...

<--but, also way, way more than a lil unhappy that those damnable tucson mildrats sent The Oregon Ducks into the Pac-10 cellar to join The Beavers, and that the eternally damnable junior university pulled its sorry self out of the Pac-10 cellar after coming from behind to best the wazzu cougars... :cry:

My Sun Devils completed the sweep of the Oregon schools this season with a win over them waterfowl & also of note is that them mildrats fell to the Beavers. Heh, heh, heh. :twisted:

Well, the next couple of weeks look to be very interesting for both your Sun Devils and my Golden Bears. Those Oregon State Beavers, who won for the first time in 27 years at the home of the damnable tucson mildrats, are the next opponent for The Golden Bears on Thirsty Thursday. Meanwhile, The Sun Devils and those mildrats face off in tucson next Sunday. The following week, The Golden Bears host the mildrats that Thirsty Thursday and The Sun Devils Saturday, closing out The Pac-10 regular season the following Saturday at that eternally damnable junior university.

Here's hoping The Sun Devils can down those damnable tucson mildrats this weekend, hopefully to ensure that any postseason play those damnable mildrats get is relegated to at best the NIT.
