Earlier tonight, while trying to clean up the songs I've ripped to Windows Media Player on my computer, I ran across an album where all of the songs and artists showed up as "unknown". The title of the CD showed up as "70's Mix", a title that I had no recollection of. So I spent more than a couple minutes to try to figure out what the hell was on it. I finally got them all after a lot of work, and gosh darn they were pretty damn good. I decided to just scroll down through my collection of ripped CDs and picked out five that I thought were pretty good. I listen to every song that I put up here, before I post them. Most of them bring back great memories. p.p.s. If I put a song up here that you have never heard before, do yourself a favor and listen to it.

"The Slightly Famous Limeliters Sign Out" is a great CD, and I highly recommend it. I'm especially disappointed that I couldn't find the Limeliters song "Marvin" to share with you. Hell, if you like the five I put up here, go out and buy the CD so you can hear all 24 songs that are on it, including "Marvin".)

Come on guys and gals, with as many CD's that I have, and new ones coming in every day, I could post 5 new songs every day until I bored you and myself to death. Perhaps I've already done this, and if so I'm very sorry. I'm gonna stop posting to this thread until someone else puts up their 5 songs to put a breath of new life into the "Last 5 Song Thread Redux". I hope someone steps up to the plate, because I would hate to see this thread wither on the vine.
