Give the guy a break... I've heard that he snapped after losing another "Speed Freaks" game, with a zero score, when he knew every answer. Put me on his jury panel, and the guy will never be convicted.

p.s. I am very glad that nothing happened to our friends at the 86th Street Pub, but I think it would be a nice gesture, if the guys and gals up at the 86th Street Pub took up a collection to help pay for the guy's bail.
