Sadly I announce the passing of my husband, Jim Wright, aka COOGS/CUUGS, of Houston, Texas. Fittingly Jim's celebration-of-life will take place at Catbirds (where we met playing NTN/Buzztime in September 1996), on the afternoon of Sunday, April 6, and will be Livestreamed. I will post more details once we have an exact starting time and YouTube link.

Sorry to hear about COOGS, he was a very longtime name on the boards a while back with the various Houston teams, for those that didn’t know. He, if I recall, was usually the top name in their scores, definitely a leading player on very good teams.

While I never met Jim in person he was well known on the original Badbart yahoo and Buzztime’s own boards as well as here some.

Condolences to Brooke and everyone in Houston and his trivia friends everywhere.
