Sadly and suddenly, this board has lost another. MUD/mudee passed on about a week or so ago.  Another player in the Phoenix area, Jim/JAMBO is visiting Buzztime's Site-Poor Backyard on business and somehow managed to find me at BWW Mission Valley earlier today. Hopefully he will be joining us soon. Rest in peace, MUD. You were a great player and an even greater man. Condolences to your wife, son, daughter, other family, fellow players, and other friends.

Hi everyone. This is my first post. Daryll tried to get me to join a while back, but I never got around to it. Liljol gave me the info last night. Daryll passed away on 10/30. He was fine in the morning, but got sick later in the day. He went to the hospital and seemed ok, but something happened later and he didn't make it. That's all I know. He was the sole provider and his family has a difficult time ahead. There is a YouCaring site to help the family with short term finances. Wow, truly sad to hear about this. MUDEE was a nice presence on Scar. He put great effort into the Thur. SIX tournament he ran a few times. His handmade trophy took a good bit of planning and work. I'm not sure who won the last SIX tourney of his but we should try to have at least one more Thur. SIX tourney. Condolences to all who knew him. |
