I remember Lynky from the times that I visited Victoria. He was pleasant to be around. RIP.

Ian Lynch played before I did in the early 90`s first at the Colony, then Alleycats in the Dougie. I met him as opposition in the Old Bailey. We then played together in the Capital City Centre as teammates and opponents for over 15 years. He died on Sunday, Dec 6, 2020. We all played tonight with a blank board in his place, flowers in a wine carafe, and a candle in a drink glass. |

Condolences to all in Victoria BC that knew Lynky. I can’t say I remember that handle, being western time maybe I didn’t see it much in the east. Seems like he played for a long time. RIP. |
