Dumb question: how do I send PMs from outbox here

Have a PM stuck for three weeks. Tried to type a new one. Both stuck in outbox. Cannot find a send/submit or retry button anywhere there. Other PMs fine in same period. Why stuck and how to fix? Thanks!

If it is still in the "Outbox", it simply means that the person you PM'd has not seen it or looked at it yet. As long as it is in the "Outbox" it can be edited or deleted. Once read though, it moves to the "Sent messages" box & can no longer be edited.

I have one in my "Outbox" to one of the Mods that has been there for awhile & is still unread.

Perhaps the Mods should put up some sort of flashing message when you are PM'd (hint, hint).

It's really odd -- the Mod PM flashy boxes come in colors, "invisible" and "not visible" !
