Why am I constantly having to go back to log on to the "ScaRatings" again and again, after I have already done it...?

I think I'm in, and all of a sudden, I have no ability to edit my posts, delete them, or have the ability to quote other people's posts to reply to them. My only recourse, has been to log on again, to find out that the site doesn't think I'm logged in. This has screwed me up a lot. Perhaps it is a problem on my computer, but perhaps it is something else.

This happens over and over again.

Anyone got any ideas...?

Things are getting worse... I have had to log back on to the "ScaRatings" nearly 20 times tonight. This is the 3rd time I have tried to post something here, but they never show up after I click on "Submit". To say this is frustrating is somewhat of an understatement.

If anyone knows what's going on, please let me know.

(Damn, this time my post actually took. I am astonished...! Perhaps the Internet sensed the rage that was building up within me, and decided to back off, before pissing me off any more...

However, I do think that I have some kind of a problem, and would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Thanks.

p.s. My bood pressure is gradually getting back to normal now.

I have no idea what is going on with you and Scaratings. I stay on for days with no problems both on my Mac and PC.
I think you have a problem with Your Software. hardware or Network. From personal experience I think it is proably a software problem. Something is loging you off.

I also find that if I am inactive on this forum for an hour or so I get logged off. Not entirely sure why.

I think the problem is solved. Talked to DANTE about it, and he figured out the problem was probably being caused because I was using the "AOL" browser to connect to the "ScaRatings". He suggested I try using a different browser, such as "Firefox" or "Internet Explorer", and it looks like everything is hunky-dory now.

Before the fix, I could eventually get onto the the "ScaRatings" after trying over and over to login (sometimes for an hour or more), but once in I was usually okay.

Yeah get Firefox Version 4, Cloudy. Then you can save your logins.

That's great. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting old and antiquated; you make me feel totally current.

phpbb seems to be having log in issues. I'm using Safari & on another forum that uses phpbb & I sometimes have trouble logging on there as well.

It's a feature, not a bug. It's called the "Helps people remember their passwords!" module. ;)
