Post subject:  There are way too many unnecessary threads...
There are way too many unnecessary threads being created on the "ScaRatings", which would comfortably fit into existing threads. I am guilty of creating some of these, but I am going to try my best not to be lazy from now on, and look around for a thread on the "ScaRatings" where my new post fits, instead of creating yet another new unnecessary thread. As the number of new threads keep growing, it becomes difficult to find things, and good threads become lost in the pages and pages of unneccesary new threads that could have easily gone into an existing one.

If threads on the "ScaRatings" keep growing like Kudzu, it won't be long before we will need a machete to find our way around here.

Aren't there more important things to be concerned about? It's not like the Earth is going to gravitationally collapse into a black hole as a result!

Yes, you are right. Of course there are more important things to be concerned about, but if I went into them, I would soon be really banned by DANTE. However, look out for kudzu, it takes many forms, and I fear that it is creeping into the "ScaRatings".

I'm not trying to be argumentative, but what do you think would happen to this site, if anybody and everybody, who wanted to make a post always created a new thread, instead of taking a couple minutes to see if it would fit into an existing one? I'm concerned about where we are heading. I can hear those kudzu vines inching their way closer and closer every minute. (Kudzu grows at least one foot every day.) If not checked, you won't be able to get out of your garage in the morning without a machete. :lol:

Irony is great, but I think you can find other threads where it fits better than here.
