Happy birthday L Pato!
My gift to you is my abject ignorance of the locations of meaningless baseball games.
It's the gift that keeps giving...
Nicely done tonight.

Happy Birthday L Pato...and very nice game last night! Looking at the (East  ) leaderboard last night...the usual suspects were up there: Hooters Tallahassee, 86th St Pub, JP Shakers, Primetime, L PATO, SPOTES, STATS, QUAFF, LEGGE, BLJAYS, CLAVIN, BUG, TNC...nice game all!

STATS and I met up at BWW in Riverview...nailing the first and last rounds. Second round, we were a little slow on Baron Davis, and split on his scoring average with STATS getting it right. I got Gilmour for 5...but STATS switched to Chelios before switching back. We picked Buffalo over St. Louis for the +1  Got Yaz right...but whiffed on the age, 42 rather than 44. 3rd round we were a little slow on Ricky Rubio, Sergio Garcia, and Western Kentucky (.3). 4th round wasn't very kind as we got 3/5 on 1975, 3/5 on 1996, 3/5 on 1969, and 4/5 on 1992. STATS called 1955, but talked himself into 1958...so we got the big ZERO for that one. I'm sure there were other questions we bled on...

I'll let the birthday boy expound on his round but he was like a little kid last night saying all he wanted for his birthday was to play Sports IQ, get #1 individually, and #1 bar rank. Kyle, Ken, Richard, and I were glad to have been part of it. On answers we're not sure of Jorge and I usually say, for instance, it's 1 or 3. We may or may not pick the same answers and his ProFiles round was amazing. As for my box 1) 30/30 2) 13/30 3) 37/50 4) 34/40 5) 60/60 for 174. You learn something new every Monday and L Pato and I learned a Hooker (Steven) won pole vault gold in 2008 at Beijing.
Thank you for your birthday gift Spotes. After seeing so many Indiana, even Indiannapolis, questions recently we were happy to see the spring training sites question which we'd been prepared for all month. Jorge is from Fort Myers and I just drove from Tallahassee to Port St. Lucie last month to visit my Dad and saw all the spring training site billboards. The Dodgers moving from Florida to Glendale, AZ was huge news just two or three years ago and I knew Mesa was the Cubs. For most of the matching round we were surprisingly able to draw from years we knew from Overtime Round data. Having the extremely attractive Mariah as our Hooters girl capped off a memorable competition.
