New Scaratings

For those attending WVBTOiv this month I heartily recommend The Blue Moose. This joint is one of my favorite coffee houses in the state. Though I never attended WVU I have many fond college era memories of the place.

This yelp review strikes me as pretty accurate, though I have to admit that I haven't been there in 2-3 yrs. I assume it's still open late; for years it was an on-again, off-again 24/7 establishment. But it's a good place to go when the trivia's finished and the hotel staff's getting edgy in dem'wee-early AM hours.

Edgy hotel staff? nahhh that never happens with a crowd of drunks. LOL. kinda like last year when they kept complaining about the noise and put us in a conference room...and then STILL complained about the noise. LOL Guess we were interrupting nap time or something.
