Looks like we'll have another good crowd for this year. If I have forgotten anyone on the attendee list, please let me know.

With VAPID looking like a solid 90% (I'd put him at 91%) we must now get the push on FREELS to show up. We don't have enough bald guys coming and I don't know how to get in touch with FOOBAR.

Just got off the phone with Patti (GMEBRK) and she told me she's been saving up her money since she was a little girl and will be covering EVERYONE'S bar tabs for the entire weekend!!!

Shouldn't be a problem. Just keep a copy of your receipts and she can wire you down some cash. It might be easier if she just gives you her credit card number though, I'll find out which of her many cards has the highest limit and I'll send it down to you.

Springdale, not Centerville...We don't want to have to go looking for you...

I'll be in around 1:00 or so on Thursday, if nothing unusual pops up at work. Hope to see a few early birds, the goal is not to lose to any bar from the Dayton area all weekend

True, TP is like a pool party and an "All American (and Canadian) Bash" is Mark Spitz and Mike Phillips jumping into the Olympic pool.

I tried to go to the last bash, but some burly guy, with thick glasses, wouldn't let me through the door.

On a more serious note...

Three people that attended the first two TP's have passed away since last year. We're certainly no bash, but if we happen to win any games, I'd like to dedicate them in the memory of MSHUF's uncle (damn, I can't remember his name!), LIL E / JNKMAN, and CAVMAN.

I'm glad I got a chance to meet all three and I really wish they all could be there this year.

I know MSHUF's uncle was shocked at all the people that would flock to Dayton, Ohio to play trivia.

LIL E just seemed like such a friendly guy to me and I know he loved being part of the 1st two. He probably went more out of his way than anyone else to thank me for hosting TP. His passing came as a real shock to me, I'm really sorry that he won't be around this time.

I got a really good chance to know CAVMAN and he really looked forward to these things.

I don't want to turn the event into a mournfest, but I will play one game each as UNCLE, LIL E, and CAVMAN in their honor.
